Bénédicte Le Nindre has for asset to combine both her skills in science, strategy and music. Starting by research in atomic physics, Bénédicte joined a unique Master course in France combining sciences and music at IRCAM institute founded by Pierre Boulez in 1977.

In 1998, she joined Renault Group research team to apply sound design to automotive. She completed her thesis on “brand sound design applied to sport cars” and obtained her phD graduation in Psychoacoustics in 2006. She then joined Renault Product Planning Division, upstream strategic Marketing, where she spent 15 years in successive roles as product manager for performance (safety, driving pleasure) and vehicle (Espace V); in 2015, she was appointed Performance Strategy Director. In 2020, after a training to UX with STRATE - école de design, she was called upon by the Group's management to implement the UX approach and transform the automotive design process.

Accompanied by a multidisciplinary team, she oversees the UX strategy for the Group's projects, particularly the new R&D Futurama program. At the same time, she continues to apply her expertise in sound design and, since 2022, has been leading the partnership between Renault and composer-musician-performer-producer Jean-Michel Jarre.
