Dr. Bernhard Lüers, Technical Specialist, Diesel Systems at FEV GmbH, will present on the diesel engine development with respect to RDE regulations and requirements of the various aftertreatment systems. He will also talk about the following hot topics:
- RDE regarding ambient conditions, complete engine map, dynamic customer driving
- Engine specification and calibration with respect to the different requirements of actual and future aftertreatment systems
- Use of model based or sensor information from the aftertreatment system for adjusting the engine out exhaust according to the legislation requirements.
