Falling carbon fibre (CF) prices with rising production capacity and increased recycled carbon fibre (rCF) waste availability from end-of-life of cars and aircraft (with 12,000 aircraft retiring in the next 20 years), has encouraged CF use in the automotive industry in lower price segment vehicles.
