Senior Applications Engineer NylacastDr. Tom Hardy has over 16 years’ experience working in the Automotive Industry analysing and design gears and gearboxes. He started his career as a software engineer developing rating and analysis methods for gears and other gearbox components. He then continued as a gear design engineer, analysing, optimising and designing gears for various applications within the Automotive Industry. He now works at Nylacast as a Senior Applications Engineer working with Customers to design worm gears for EPS applications.
