Paul Nicastri

Prior to retiring at the end of 2013, Paul Nicastri had spent nearly 37 years working at Ford Motor Company, mostly associated with electrical products. He has led the development of batteries, alternators, voltage regulators, traction motors, as well as a number of other electrical and fuel handling products. He has worked in Research, Advanced, Forward Model and Current Model Engineering.  He also has worked in Manufacturing Engineering and was a Production Manager. He was heavily involved in the 42V effort at Ford, participating in the MIT Consortium and working with many of the suppliers and other OEMs, as well as with USCAR. He continues to be involved with USCAR on work related to the electrical systems needs of the future.

Paul Nicastri has a BSEE from Michigan Technological University and a Masters in Engineering Management from Wayne State University.
