Tobias Franz is an Ergonomics Engineer at Faraday Future. In his role,
Tobias collaborates with engineers to develop intuitive, easy-to-use automotive
features for everyday drivers. Additionally, he has been working with the
lighting, UI/UX, and design teams to develop an advanced interior lighting
system that avoids driver distraction and encourages driver engagement. His
prior experience includes working in Human-Machine Interfacing at Fiat Chrysler
Automobiles, where he established design standards that aided engineers in
creating user-friendly vehicles. Tobias graduated from the University of
Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. He is excited to
be in Germany for the first time in nearly 14 years.
