Bernhard Hagemann

After a professional education in communication technology and studies of mechanical engineering, Bernhard started his career as a development engineer for NVH optimization of combustion engine cars. After that, Bernhard was changed to the German machinery and plant manufacturers association VDMA as a technical manager and networker for drivetrain engineering. Bernhard build up the research network for drivetrain engineering, FVA, and established a new platform for collective research and communication on electric propulsion of cars, E-MOTIVE. Followed a call of the industry again, since 2017 Bernhard is heading the e-mobility activities at FUCHS, the largest independent lubrication manufacturer in the world. Since 2020, he is also responsible as product manager for dielectric automotive thermal fluids.
