Grzegorz is passionate about managing technological innovation in cross-functional teams. His combination of engineering and commercial expertise together with a truly global outlook (having worked across Europe the USA and China) put him in a strong position to drive international market success for high-tech innovations.

 

During the last 7 years, he has worked at Qualcomm as a Vice President and General Manager of a breakthrough technology licensing business. In this role, he was responsible for business, technology and innovation portfolio development in close collaboration with strategic partners and universities.

 

Before joining Qualcomm he was with Brose Fahrzeugteile, where he managed the design of new automotive systems and intellectual property portfolio as Director of Advanced Development. Before Brose Fahrzeugteile, Grzegorz was Principal Expert at Siemens VDO Automotive AG where his responsibilities included management of a panel of experts in charge of R&D of electric/electronic systems for automotive at the company.

 

Grzegorz holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology, Poland and Certificate in Global Management from The Business School for the World – INSEAD.

He has been awarded Guest Professorship at the Zhejiang University in China.
