Fact File: Automotive Cybersecurity Risks and Challenges in 2024

Cybersecurity threats are not static; it’s a dynamic environment that’s ever-changing. There is a lot of fear and uncertainty around how security in the automotive industry will be impacted by artificial intelligence (AI). And as AI, vehicle autonomy and connectivity increase exposure to attacks, it has never been more important to be fully aware of emerging threats and strengthen cybersecurity programs. A big question for the industry right now is how much safety and cybersecurity will be required as vehicles become more autonomous, connected and software defined?
