Susan Shaw

Ergonomics Engineer Hyundai-Kia America Technical Center

Susan is currently a Senior HMI Engineer with the Hyundai America Technical Center in Michigan where she works on the User Experience team to develop and implement user friendly infotainment systems for the North American vehicle market. Her concentrations are on reducing Driver Distraction as well as increasing the usability of ADAS features. Her past includes careers as a Test Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Ergonomics Consultant. Susan graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in System Engineering prior to completing her masters in Industrial and Operations Engineering/Ergonomics at the University of Michigan.
