Lisa Boran (Past Speaker)

Lisa Boran is a Vehicle Cybersecurity Manager at Ford Motor Company focused on defining and instituting security functions within Product Development embedded systems and processes (both cybersecurity and physical security).  Lisa has both a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.  Lisa has 28 years at Ford in a wide variety of roles but the majority of her time at Ford has been in the security area.  External to Ford, she chairs both a SAE J3061 and joint ISO/SAE 21434 Road Vehicles - Cybersecurity Engineering Committees to develop a Vehicle Cybersecurity System Engineering standard.  She is on the SANS Automotive Cybersecurity Summit Advisory Board, Board Member for the SAE International Journal on Transportation Cybersecurity and Privacy and on the Program Committee for ESCAR USA.
