Thomas Dillinger joined Adient in 2000. As an expert in seat technology with respect to comfort, ergonomics, safety, acoustics, and functional integration, he is now responsible for Complete Seat innovation in EMEA. Thomas is also leading Adient’s technology dialogue with OEM customers globally and has first-hand insight on trends, priorities, and needs in Automotive Seating. This led to new technical solutions and one of his 38 publications (Google Patents December 2022).
