Roland Mader is Chief Engineer of Functional Safety Development at Geely Powertrain Research Institute. He has contributed to achieving functional safety of numerous new energy vehicle SOP projects. He received his Ph.D. with distinction for his research achievements in the field of safety-critical systems. His goal is to shape the future of new energy vehicle development by bringing together his yearlong international industrial experience and his academical background.
