Florian Raisch
Integration Project Lead for Passive Safety BMW AGDr. Florian Raisch holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. From 2002 to 2015, he was responsible for several driver assistance projects at Bosch and served as Director for the development of a fleet management system for third-party services. During this period, he also led the start-up promotion program of Wissensfabrik – Unternehmen für Deutschland e.V. on behalf of Bosch. In 2015, he joined BMW, where he was responsible for Safety of the Intended Functionality (SOTIF), human factors–related safety aspects, and effectiveness analysis. In September 2023, he assumed the role of Integration Project Lead for Passive Safety across several vehicle projects. Since January 2023, Dr. Raisch has served as Convenor of ISO/TC 22/SC 32/WG 13. He values the collaboration within this strong international team and is committed to making a significant contribution to the safe development of automated driving systems.
