Senior Staff Functional Safety Manager Renesas ElectronicsAngel Karachomakov received his Mater degree in Semiconductors in the Technical University of Varna (Bulgaria). Since 2008 he’s been a member of the Analog and Mixed Signal Design group with Zentrum Microelectronic Dresden (ZMD). Since 2014 he transferred to Functional Safety in Integrated Device Technology (IDT). He has been working mainly on Functional safety in Position Sensing since 2016.
