Johan has 15 years experience in leading and managing the area of NVH and Sound Quality within Volvo Cars Research & Development as well as in leading organisational development. Johan’s current role is to lead and coach change within Product Development at Volvo Cars. This includes both structural and cultural transformation within the organisation, where Johan emphasises the importance of human capital, as well as building cross-cultural and cross-functional relations.
